Submitting a Bid

Bids are submitted in two sealed envelopes — technical and financial — addressed to the Chief Administrative Officer and delivered to the NIBM campus by the last date and time stated above. Each bid must be accompanied by the earnest money deposit, refundable to unsuccessful bidders after award. Late or incomplete submissions are not considered.
