Applicants need a bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a recognised university with the minimum aggregate specified in the admission notification, along with a valid score in the entrance tests accepted for that admission cycle. Final-year students may apply subject to producing their result before registration.

Applications are made online through the PGDM admissions portal during the announced window. The accepted entrance tests, cut-offs and the selection process for the current cycle are published in the admission notification on the PGDM site.

Yes. The programme is fully residential on the Institute’s Pune campus, which provides hostel accommodation, dining, library, computer centre, sports and medical facilities.

The programme fee, hostel and mess charges and the payment schedule are published on the Programme and Fees page for each admission cycle. Education loan support from banks is available; the admissions office can confirm the arrangements in force.

Yes. The Institute runs a structured placement process with public and private sector banks, financial institutions, NBFCs and consulting firms. Placement reports for recent batches are published on the PGDM site.

Programmes are designed for officers and executives of banks, financial institutions, regulatory bodies, cooperative and regional rural banks, and NBFCs. Most participants are nominated by their employer; individual registrations are accepted for selected open programmes.

The annual programme calendar lists every programme with its dates, fee and target group. Nominations are sent to the programme office by the sponsoring institution ahead of the closing date stated for each programme.

Most programmes are residential on the Pune campus, with accommodation and meals included in the programme fee. Duration-specific details are given against each programme in the calendar.

Yes. The Institute conducts customised in-company programmes built around a sponsoring institution’s own priorities, delivered either on campus or at the institution’s premises. Enquiries can be sent to the Executive Training Programme office.

Yes. The Institute offers e-certification programmes and weekend courses alongside its residential calendar. Current offerings and enrolment routes are listed under Executive Training.

The campus is at NIBM Post Office, Kondhwa Khurd, Pune 411048. Offices are open Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 5:30 pm. Visitors are requested to fix an appointment with the concerned department in advance.

Yes. The Institute carries out sponsored research and consultancy assignments for banks, regulators and development institutions, covering risk management, credit, technology, human resources, strategy and rural finance. Enquiries can be routed through the Dean (Research) or the Consultancy page.

Both journals are published quarterly and are available on subscription. Subscription rates and forms are on the respective journal pages; queries may be sent to the journal editorial offices.

The library primarily serves faculty, participants and students of the Institute. Reference access for outside researchers is considered case by case on written request to the Librarian.

Open tenders are published on the Tenders page and current vacancies on the Careers page. Both are updated as new notices are issued.
